The presentation trays are intended for counter service, where space is often at a premium, or retail outlets where the tray along with a display of tea sachet tins or loose tea products is used to allow customers to make the same informed decision about a product they want to purchase.

The Tea Butler Tea Selection Chest contain small Jars, which only hold a small amount of whole leaf loose tea (6 grams) and are not intended as a source of loose tea for making tea.
